Les femmes et les hommes qui participent b\u00e9n\u00e9volement \u00e0 un projet comme celui de WordPress proviennent de milieux vari\u00e9s, ont des motivations tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes, et ne partagent pas toujours les m\u00eame attentes par rapport \u00e0 leur investissement personnel.
