By night... * French WordPress translator since Day 1 (roughly v1.2), to this day. * Co-founder of the WordPress-Francophone non-profit, and president/head-decider from 2008 to 2015. * Lead organizer of 4 WordPress barcamps and 4 WordCamps so far (all in Paris). Consigliere for WordCamp Paris 2016. * Member of the organization team of WordCamp Europe 2013, 2014, and 2017. * Representative for the French community at the Community Summit 2012 & 2014. * Co-writer of 3 editions of the first and main French WordPress book, published by Pearson. All around nice guy. Update in 2020: * Husband since 2016! * Father since 2018! * I'm much less active these days, but still watching!

Let’s go! Of course, the website is not quite ready but it’s time to search for brilliant speakers for the impossible to miss French WordPress event: WordCamp Paris 2014!

Yes. Following remarks during the last WordCamp Paris, we’ve decided to include English-speaking conferences, as many foreigners are interested in sharing their passion and knowledge even though they don’t speak French. Don’t worry, we’ll warmly welcome you 🙂

C’est parti ! Le site n’est pas encore prêt, mais il est grand temps de partir à la recherche des orateurs qui feront du WordCamp Paris 2014 un évènement immanquable pour la communauté WordPress en France !

Le WordCamp se déroulera le vendredi 17 et le samedi 18 janvier 2014 à Paris.

Si vous souhaitez faire une conférence (50 min) lors du prochain WordCamp Paris, utilisez le formulaire ci-dessous pour nous soumettre votre idée — ou même VOS idées. Réfléchissez bien à ce que vous voulez dire et la manière dont vous voulez le dire !

Ce que nous recherchons pour ce WordCamp :

  • un certain talent d’orateur/oratrice,
  • une expertise confirmée sur le sujet que vous abordez, faisant de vous la meilleure personne pour en parler,
  • un point de vue unique ou différent,
  • une passion pour WordPress et le désir de rendre à la communauté ce qu’elle vous a apporté.
